The Townshend Community Food Shelf is an emergency food shelf offering supplemental food assistance to people in need. The food shelf is open on Mondays, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM.

What We Need
The following items are always needed:
- Tuna
- Pasta, sauce
- Peanut butter
- Soups, crackers
- Rice
- Canned meals
- Canned fruits & vegetables
- Canned protein items
- Baby food
- Juices
- Cereals and other nonperishable foods
- Personal care items
- Feminine hygiene supplies
- Diapers & formula
