The organizers and beneficiaries of Project Feed the Thousands are immensely grateful for the support of the many caring businesses and community service organzations who help us put food on the table for neighbors who would otherwise go hungry.
Project Feed the Thousands was started in 1993 by Larry Smith, formerly of WTSA radio and George Haynes, formerly of the Brattleboro Savings & Loan. What began as an effort to fill a single tractor trailer with food has grown into the area's largest annual food drive, thanks to the generous support of dozens of other sponsors, and literally thousands of caring donors in our community.
Our deepest gratitude goes to the following community-minded organizations, each of which contributes time, talent and at least $5,000.00 in financial support.
